Frequently Asked Questions

Is PadelMatrix free?

Yes. The free version includes a full scoreboard for 1-set matches, Apple Watch control, and LED panel connection. PadelMatrix PRO unlocks advanced features with a single one-time purchase.

Do I need an Apple Watch?

Not required, but highly recommended. The Apple Watch lets you score points without touching your iPhone during the match. Without a Watch, you can still use your iPhone as the scorer.

Which LED panels are compatible?

PadelMatrix works with Bluetooth LED panels from iPixel, Pixoo, and Divoom 64. Supported sizes include 16x16, 32x32, 64x64, 16x96, 32x64, and 48x96 pixels.

How does the real-time scoreboard work?

The Apple Watch sends points to your iPhone, which automatically updates the LED panel over Bluetooth, the Live Activity on your lock screen, and the match history — all instantly.

Can I play without an iPhone nearby?

Yes. The Apple Watch has a local mode that works independently when the iPhone is out of range. Scores sync automatically when the devices reconnect.

What is Golden Point?

A professional scoring mode where at deuce (40-40), the next point wins the game outright instead of playing advantage. PadelMatrix also offers Star Point, which allows 2 deuce cycles before sudden death.

Does it track my fitness?

Yes. HealthKit integration records every match as a workout in Apple Health, tracking calories burned, heart rate, and active playing time.

What languages are supported?

PadelMatrix is available in 11 languages: Spanish, English, Catalan, German, French, Italian, Dutch, Brazilian Portuguese, Swedish, Arabic, and Simplified Chinese.
